Going the distance.

The Long Distance Tour is a visual, verbal, and auditory homage to the formative songs of one couple’s journey to falling in love while being long-distance.

Music played a big role in their relationship since day one. So they commissioned a New York-based DJ to create a two hour custom mix to celebrate the songs, albums, and playlists that were central to their story.

I then created the visual direction for a custom-designed book to accompany the mix, using the music, stories, fashion, and the couple’s backstory of duality (two cultures, two time zones, two coasts) as inspiration.
